The Balancing Thymus Tap is a simple and gentle way to restore balanced energy flow to the meridian system. The technique is simple, just tap over your thymus (on your breast bone) in an anti-clockwise direction, or up from the left side of the chest, in a small circle (3-4&#8243; in diameter) firmly but gently for about 30-40 seconds or until you feel a deep breath, a yawn or until you are bored. The techniques will generally last between 30mins and 3-4 hours depending on the level of stress you are experiencing.
