While so much of this is truth, how much are people programmed to harp on the same typical things… drug infested communities, struggle, etc. We went from a society that was obsessed with perfection and unimaginable wealth and excellence to a nearly obsessive preoccupation with the “struggles” of being “disadvantaged. Don’t think that I don’t think there aren’t problems needing resolution badly , but the focus on this idea of being disadvantaged has become rehearsed and cliched.
