    I heard this story when I was a Mary Kay consultant back n 1990′s now I am in network marketing with Monavie & that is the way I see it.

    That was nice.
    I wish I had seen it before I bought bamboo seeds.
    Then, 4 months ago, I bought a bamboo from Home Depot and it’s already 15 feet tall.
    Yes, I realize I’m taking this too literally.

    This says it ALL about persistence and consistency. Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do. Most people want instant gratification and this is a brilliant metaphor for why it is important to persevere.
