    Yeah thats true… apart from:
IT KILLS HUMANS!! People have to starve because of the Soybean Industry.

Soy Milk is not a healthy choice…… Didn’t the scientist John Washington Carver make PLASTIC out of soy beans?

Haha I laughed when your dog was scampering around. Cute! Hope you’re doing well on your vegan eating plan. I’m vegetarian since March but vegan now only 4 weeks (since Nov), doing great so far! Lovin it!

True, people really need to read up on soy, not a healthy product at all.

Going Vegan is great detoxifier. I had 3 ovarian cyst. Went vegan for 6 weeks (along w/cutting toxins, smoking drinking, fried foods,) and was also put on low dose hormone…2 of the 3 were completely gone at end of 6 weeks and I lost 10 lbs. I’ve been slipping lately, but Im going to get back on it!

excellent the only problem i had with it (and really im not trying to be anal) you have premilled flax seed. Invest in a coffee grinder and buy whole flaxseeds. Flaxseeds lose most of their beneficial qualities within I think they say 5 minutes of being ground. Plus you don’t know how long ago they ground them if they’re premilled in a box. Plus they taste a lot better. Just trying to be helpful =)
