I think this is Gonpachi in the Shibuya district. It’s on an upper floor of an office building. Great atmosphere and the prices (a few years ago) weren’t that bad.

Whoever designed the steakhouse just north of Brattleboro, VT must have been inspired by this beautiful place (deja vu!).
Just took another look and noticed all the shoes neatly lined up by the balcony booths!
