		<description>That&#039;s alright :-) I&#039;m learning how to be a vegetarian, or more specifically a lacto ovo vegetarian (at the moment at least), and have done so far for four days.  I&#039;m really enjoying it but am anxious to make sure I get enough protein, calcium, vit B12 and iron - I know a lot of veggies and vegans are driven crazy by people saying they might go anaemic for lack of these things, but, as I&#039;m inexperienced, I want to be careful.  I love good health in all forms.</description>
