    @thereapers13 trust me, you’ll feel it. The pain runs along the outside of your shin and hurt when you apply pressure. However, if they go untreated, they can become stress fractures which are pretty bad. See you doctor if the pain is intense.

    @belledejour24 Honestly, I can’t give you any recommendations because I’m not a doctor. As a trainer, I would tell you to see your doctor. They will suggest staying off your toe probably and taping it to the one next to it, but it’s best to seek out an expert.

    Hey Sarah, this is kinda related to your video I guess. I broke my middle toe yesterday morning but I didn’t go to the doctor because everyone told me there was nothing that can be done to heal it. I’m freaking out because I was just getting back into my workout routine and don’t want to lose momentum. How long do you think I should wait before returning to cardio (elliptitcal trainers) and is there any kind of modified workout I can do to stay in shape?
