Raw Food Episode 7 – Jenna’s Healthy Kitchen – Knife Skills


Raw food preparation. Welcome back to Jenna’s Healthy Kitchen! We all know we need to eat more organic, fresh fruits and vegetables, but some of us are afraid of using knives. Guest chef Adriel Martinetti, graduate of Johnson & Wales College of Culinary Arts (Miami, Florida), demonstrates safe knife skills in this short video podcast. Now there’s no reason to allow a fear of knives to keep you from slicing, dicing and chopping up raw produce yourself. You too can be a pro. Here’s to having more fun in your kitchen!

    It’s one of those bamboo boards, way too hard for continuous cutting work. One can hear it by the sound the knife makes against it. Plus the knife’s not sharp enough. Adriel probably was to polite to say anything.
