Its easier to get these sorts of foods if you live in urban area. In Mpls-St.Paul for example, that stuff is all around. I’m not a raw foodist (and will probably never be), but I think the general principle though of eating healthy is good. You don’t need all of these crazy expensive organic super foods to be in excellent health. Even just having a good amount green, leafy vegetables your diet is a good place to be at. You gotta start somewhere.

Of course, it was logically worth a go. The ‘practice’ I’ve found best is let your body direct while having the awareness of ‘reasonableness’, performance, and vitality. Is something working, or feeling right, or is it not. Consider dental integrity, skin integrity, psychological integrity, and so forth. If 60% raw works, great. Fact is, lots of people have been physically damaged by ‘natural’ raw and vegan diet imbalances, including dental decay and constitutional vitality issues.

…. I’m talking about fire, and it’s beneficial use in our life, including food preparation. There are plenty of less or non beneficial other things we’ve come up with also. You understand where I’m coming from I expect: Vitality and performance, and respecting our biology, both of which go together. Fluoride and burgers are beside the point. It can be much worse for one’s health to go ‘imbalanced’ on vegan/vegetarian diets.
