    @TheLyenes Hey…it lasted for some time…but my exercise regimen started to decline…i had some professional help from my doctor…i am doing so great…much healthier…if you look at my recent hair videos you can see that i have lost a lot of weight…i am taking a break mentally…and then i am on my way to lose the other 20lbs…with my schedule being so hectic…i have no time…maybe these up coming holidays i can do more videos…

    I’m on my 4 weeks, 23 Days… I just turn on the music in my playlist “Allskate Music Workout Music” and Bounce, Rock, Step Cardio Away… I do that for about an hour and boy… it works and it’s easy.. I have alot of neck injuries…
