Hemp is the best source of omega 3,6,9.

HEMP is not only rich in omerga3 and omega6 but its the strongest fiber on the planet!

Hemp can be used for thousands of products including biodegradable plastic. A single hemp crop can produce 4 times as much raw fiber as a crop of trees. We would never have to cut down another tree again!

We should legalize Hemp to benefit mankind!
It is currently illegal to grow in the U.S.

I believe that it is possible to stay healthy into ripe old age and to prevent, stabilise and even perhaps to reverse, many of the chronic degenerative diseases.

Underpinning all my research and advice is this simple fact. Given the right nutrition and lifestyle, our bodies have amazing powers of self-healing and regeneration.

Wow, this is a very informative video! I took an Omega 3 supplement during my pregnancy (Neurovi Omega 3)because a friend recommended it but I had no idea how important it was. You need your own tv show or at least a spot on Oprah!

    Thanks a bunch

Great video, and hopefully it is clear that this need for Omega 3′s and optimal brain health extend past the fetus growth, into our own lives as adults and continued brain development as we get older – both men and women. As mentioned, “imballances in our brain” extended past childhood ADHD symptoms, and lead to serious brain function and health, as well as the prevention of diseases like Alzheimers, Dimensia, etc.

    Great Video

Great video. This is very essential. Just curious, how much Omega 3′s does a person need? I take a 1000mg of fish oil. Is that enough?

Also can you talk about the other Omega fats such as the 6′s and 9′s

    Thanks again

All omega 3 fatty acids must be consumed from natural sources such as flax which is the best source of ALA omega 3 fatty acids.Flaxseed must be grinded before consumption otherwise they will not be digested.Vitamins C,B3,B6 and minerals zink and magnesium must be consumed with AlA omega 3 which are converted to DHA and EPA omega3 fatty acids which our body and mind needs more then ALA.

I speak from personal experience.2 years after i started the omega 3 diet, which,by the way is NOT in the form of supplements,my life changed by 180 degrees.

From above average intelligence to genius and beyond.Omega 3 fatty acids improve inteligence, memory, sight, metabolism, joint flexibility and cure 50% of the human diseases which are actually caused by a omega 3 deficiency.45% of the diseases are caused by vitamin, mineral deficiency and excess amounts of omega 6 fatty acids which we also need but in balance with the omega 3.A very small number, around 5%, of diseases is caused by radiation and unnatural chemicals which alter our DNA.

The baby will pull alot of different nutrients from the mothers body if mom isn’t getting enough quality nutrition for them both.

In my opinion people should eat alot less polyunsaturated fat and eat more monounsaturated and saturated fat & omega-3′s. The heart gets most of its energy from saturated fat. Good video!
