    use this video to tighten the tummy 3-4x a week, then progress to a harder video. but add cardio to your workout as well. you must be able to burn fat as you are strengthening! good luck!

    Hi Erin! Really love your video… I wish I came across this sooner.. Its been 11 months since I had my baby, and my abs and below are a mess! I am petite in size, but my tummy is the only thing sticking out and making me look out of proportion! If I did this exercise would it still work? And would I still need to do it 2-3x a week or everyday?
