This video is just what I needed to see. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time at my heaviest i weighed 294 lbs I am now 276 lbs but i am having trouble staying motivated but seeing this…its like looking in a mirror as you have gone though all the same things i have and this along with all your vids have been extreamly uplifting to me and i am going to work hard every day to accomplish my goal, I will get there. Thank you you are an inspiration to me and many others.
You are amazing. Thank you so much for this video. Especially for the encouragement to keep going. It gets hard to keep going once you plateau, so thank you for the advice. Your humility and realism about it is very helpful. You have taken back your life. Thank you for sharing this with us. I wish you the very best.

Mate I’m on my mission to loose weight as well and I believe you when you say don’t give up.
I was 140kg and now I’m 130kg if someone really wants to weight it’s the will to do it that gets you through and you have it my friend.
Thank you for the inspiration.
Thanks for telling us about the 6 month plato
I’ve given up when that happens even just for a month
but your storys given me hope to try again and pass through that stage
thanks love Sally
Amazing, great job! Very inspirational, makes me want to go and work out! You mentioned that you had a 6 month plateau… I think I’m starting to reach one as well. Is there anything you did to start making progress again? Or did you just keep doing your same daily workout and wait for the plateau to pass?
Tears came to my eyes just listening to you speak. I will start my journey today… Thanks
