    It may seem like a simple idea but if you’re still craving more after a full size meal, drink a pint of water. It really helps makes you feel full.

    I tried stevia (on your recommendation) and I love it! It doesn’t make me crash right after and it tastes so much better than splenda and similar things. Thank you for your wonderful videos! :)
