    Cooking the food whether fish, meat or veggies kills the enzymes in them so your body doesn’t get the full range of nutrients it needs. However, there are raw foodists out there who eat raw fish, meat and dairy products. I feel like everyone’s body is unique and has different needs so to each their own as long as that person is aware and conscious about their food intake. I think it’s also important to ask yourself where your animal protein comes from? Hope that helps & thanks for your comment!

    why cant you eat raw beef or fish? just because you eat raw why cant you eat meat?
