Had I not first seen this book advertised in Science News, a peer-reviewed periodical published under the auspices of AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science), I would probably not had considered this as anything more than another “fake science” book. I was pleasantly surprised.

The author presents interesting ideas developed in interesting ways, with some reasonably well done scientific work to back up his positions. Worth the time and thought it takes to read.

This book is well organized and easy to use. It is a great hand book size, so you can read it straight thru or use it as a reference. It addresses several ailments such as burns, hangovers and even cancer. It dispells a few myths and tells you how you can store your honey. I found it to be very helpful in my efforts to find natural alternatives for treating my family.
