    It’s funny I’ve been diligently working out for a year now this month and dedicating to eating my way to better health! I wanted to have something new and craved to be flexible like I once had been in gymnastics and baton. So I looked up yoga vids and you were my first mentor into yoga as I practiced with your routines and aspired to keep up with.

    Great video. In the Q&A you answered for me you wrote about the girls in one class who were talking and fussing with their hair. You wrote: “How you practice on your mat is how you live your life.” Whenever I get flustered I say those words to myself.
    I loved the concepts in this video.
