FitGamer Ep. 3 — Macronutrients 101
The third episode of FitGamer where I detail the importance of the different macronutrients, how they affect your body and which foods to avoid. I am not a nutrition specialist, doctor or personal trainer! “Sugar: The Bitter Truth” can be found here: www.youtube.com Description, taken from the video: “Robert H. Lustig, MD, UCSF Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology, explores the damage caused by sugary foods. He argues that fructose (too much) and fiber (not enough) appear to be cornerstones of the obesity epidemic through their effects on insulin. Series: UCSF Mini Medical School for the Public [7/2009] [Health and Medicine] [Show ID: 16717]“

@EpicNickH I enjoy life in spades. =) I’m not punishing myself at all or anything, it’s just what I prefer to eat. I have treat days rarely because I barely ever prefer to eat processed/greasy/sugary foods, I’m much more likely to crave oats or tea or fruit or peanut butter or yogurt or some nice grilled peppers. Mmm.
But, what you’re missing is that I’m not disagreeing with what you say at all. Eating well 80% of the time is perfectly fine, problem is most people don’t ever eat well.
This is bullshit. How can you enjoy life if all you ever think about is healty eating? You have one treatday in two weeks and you still skip them alot? This has taken over your brain…. 0.o
As long as you eat healty food, exercise enough and drink alot of water, eating fat food now and then is ABOSLUTELY HARMLESS! >.<
I have a steady wheight for all my life and I game alot. I eat pretty healty, but lots of bad shit aswell. Who cares how its produced, omg. People are so retarded.
You are completely wrong on saturated fats. Saturated fats can be very good for you, take coconut oil for example.
now where is doritos and mountain dew go in on this “pyramid”
@sanguma Homemade mayonnaise for example is basicly made up of oil and yolk. Very nutrious, put that on your salad. Don’t be scared of fats and protein, you should read up on a diet called LCHF(low carbohydrate, high fat)
