    i need a little advice, I wll work out 3 to 4 weeks about 4 to 5 times per week then i get a sinus infection or i just hit a wall. and I don’t work out for a week then feel like i have to start all over. please help.

    The thing that I don’t like about weight loss shows is that you have to lose the most weight to stay on the show/win. I just don’t understand that cause no matter how hard you work you can’t control how much weight you lose and how fast you lose it, also what if you’re gaining weight in muscle? I guess I understand that they need some way to have people win or lose but wouldn’t it be better if it was done by how much body fat you lost and how much muscle you put on?
