    I was impressed with Drivetime Yoga. Each page gave easy-to-follow directions and suggestions to when to use them (At stop light, at destination, etc). The cartoons were beneficial and showed me how to drive with good posture. If you are going on a long trip or want to start a new routine, it is something you should peruse before driving but once you remember a few of moves or have a handy passenger, it is a great addition to your commute.
