This is an excellent book for someone who wants easy to digest information on how to improve there health and quality of life without a lot of needless detail. I liked reading a chapter or two a day and then making these easy to follow suggestions a part of my daily routine. I found it very informative and easy to follow. I would recommend this book to anyone!

I picked up the book at a suggestion from a friend. The title is really right, it was so easy to read and I picked up a lot of great information. The authors covered 50 different topics, including some I’d never thought about, and reduced them all down to three or four pages of essential information. More books should be written like this.

I’m 55 years old and I am actively searching for ways to live longer and healther. Glenn and Suzanne have put down in one place and in layman’s terms just what I needed.
I bought this book to read on my next flight but made the mistake of opening the book up and I couldn’t put it down! It was an easy read and every other page had something I could use, right away, in my quest for a healther life. Now I keep the book close and use it as a reference book.
Great work Suanne and Glenn, can’t wait to see what else you do in the future regarding health and longevity.
Sincerely,
Bob Asselstine

I found this easy to read book full of interesting, helpful and unique ideas for improving my overall health without killing myself trying to stay healthy. It’s a very easy read and some new idea pops out of almost every line. The book is much more a “how to” book rather than a medical journal (which bore me) and has many quick and easy things to do,some of which are so obvious that you wonder why they never occured to you. If you have even the slightest concern about your health and longevity, this book is a must.

I loved this book. It was easy to read and filled with so much useful information. I found myself putting it to use right away. They also have so many great medical experts they interviewed. I’d suggest it as a valuable health guidebook.
