@DaibhiW wow. thank you for sharing this. yes, i have tried stopping… cold turkey doesn’t work for me. but, rolling will significantly cut down on my intake. it’s interesting, because my mother smoked and my brothers and i were always on her case about it… but then i grew up, went to college, and things changed. it’s unfortunate what this has become in the world, but esp american culture.

@foepaw hey babe. sorry for the delay. yeah, i have three more reg cigs in my pack… so today’s the day to start rollin. I take MegaFood 100% Whole Food by Daily Food… hmm. that’s alot of ‘Food’. The most important thing is that it’s food-based, not synthetic. And, it has made a huge difference in my body.

I didn’t know that you smoked & I’m very concerned to hear that you do. I’m not going to get all preachy on you because I know that it doesn’t really help. My mother smoked from the time she was a young lady until her death 5 years ago. I always tried to get her to stop but she was hooked. The saddest thing for me was that she died of lung cancer – it had totally devoured her lungs. If she’d quit as a young mother we might have had her around longer. I miss her.

I’m feeling the rolled cigg idea… it would be great for you to stop altogether, but this would be an improvement, and the fact that it would be cheaper is an added bonus for sure. As far as multivitamins; which one are you taking? I am thinking of trying them again.
